Dumpling Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp veggie stock powder 
1/2 tsp five spice powder
150g broccoli (fresh of frozen)
150g beans (fresh or frozen)
1 capsicum
300g Udon noodles
pack of frozen dumplings (or make your own!)
50g baby spinach 
2 tsp soy sauce

Method
Combine the stock and five spice powders in 700ml boiling water. Add the broccoli and beans and simmer for 5 minutes. A couple of minutes before they are cooked, add the noodles. 
2. At th same time, steam the dumplings according to pack instructions.
3. Stir the spinach through the broth. Divide into bows and top with dumpings. Drizzle with soy sauce to serve!
